智通财经APP讯，钧濠集团(00115)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占亏损约7800万港元至8700万港元，而2024年度公司拥有人应占亏损约2.513亿港元。亏损减少主要由于(i)受收益增加所带动，集团的毛利由2024年度约港币1600万元增加至2025年度约港币2000万元;(ii)集团2025年度的行政开支较去年同期减少约21.7%，乃由于集团积极检讨及精简其成本结构，以期在其营运中实现更高的资本效率;(iii)2025年度，因出售嘉丰实业有限公司100%股权而确认一次性出售收益约港币6000万元;(iv)2025年度，集团投资物业的公平值亏损确认较去年同期大幅减少。
