美国一名法官周四驳回了埃隆·马斯克旗下X平台提起的一项诉讼。该诉讼指控一群广告商和大型企业非法抵制该平台。
X平台的母公司X Corp在2024年提起诉讼，称包括食品巨头联合利华和玛氏、可再生能源公司Orsted以及世界广告商联合会（WFA）在内的多家实体合谋，使其损失“数十亿美元”的广告收入。
但在周四的裁决中，美国地区法官简·博伊尔表示，该公司未能证明其在联邦竞争法下遭受了任何损害。
X Corp的诉讼于2024年在德克萨斯州法院提起。此前，马斯克于2022年收购了X的前身推特，导致该平台的广告收入下降。
这位科技亿万富翁在收购Twitter后，对其平台进行了大刀阔斧的改革，包括恢复一些争议人物的账号，并取消了一些内容限制。
马斯克收购X平台不到一年，由于部分公司暂停或减少了在该平台上的推广活动，广告收入下降了一半以上。
诉讼称，这群广告商为了自身经济利益，合谋打压该平台，违反了旨在促进企业间公平竞争的美国反垄断法。
