智通财经APP讯，恒大物业(06666)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，收入136.78亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长7.2%;公司拥有人应占利润9.866亿元，同比下降3.4%;每股基本盈利0.09元。
物业管理服务方面，毛利率由2024年度约16.0%下降约0.8个百分点2025年度约15.2%。其中，基础物业管理服务毛利率由2024年度约16.0%下降约0.7个百分点至2025年度约15.3%，主要由于集团注重提升服务质量，在设施设备更新改造、环境提升、绿化升级及亮化工程等方面加大了对在管项目的投入。
社区生活服务方面，毛利率由2024年度约22.3%下降约1.2个百分点至2025年度约21.1%，主要由于：(i)加大购置充电桩及饮水机等设备;及(ii)为巩固社区团购业务优势，在供应链及数智化平台建设方面加大投入。
于2025年12月31日，集团在管面积约6.01亿平方米;年内累计新签约第三方面积约4500万平方米，合同年饱和收入超人民币11亿元，同比增长约7.3%。
