智通财经APP讯，金泰能源控股(02728)发布公告，董事会谨此通知公司股东及潜在投资者，2025年全年业绩公告的刊发可能将会延迟，原因是公司及核数师需额外时间完成审核程序，因存在以下未决事项：尚待完成对于2025年7月17日到期的可换股票据的会计处理及状况的评估与确认，包括自票据持有人收取并审阅相关协议或文件，以及相关的审核询证函;尚待收到来自银行、供应商、客户及其他相关交易对手的若干审核询证函;及仍须取得并审阅所需的佐证文件以完成实质性审核程序及年结后审核程序。公司正与其核数师紧密合作，旨在尽快解决尚未完成事项并完成 2025年全年业绩的审核。于本公告日期，考虑到当前情况，预期2025年全年业绩将于2026年4月30日或之前刊发，前提是所有与核数师协定的审核工作已完成。公司将竭尽所能在实际可行情况下尽快刊发2025年全年业绩。
根据上市规则第13.50条，倘发行人未能根据上市规则刊发定期财务资料，联交所通常会要求暂停买卖发行人的证券，而有关暂停通常将会继续生效直至发行人刊发载有所需财务资料的公告为止。
