消息面上，3月24日，万洲国际发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩(生物公允价值调整后的业绩)，该集团取得收入总额280.26亿美元，同比增长8.04%；股东应占利润15.67亿美元，同比减少2.79%；每股基本盈利12.21美分。拟派发末期股息每股股份0.41港元。
公告称，于2025年，集团的收入上升8.0%至280.26亿美元，此乃由于猪肉销量及肉制品的平均售价上升。经营利润亦增加8.7%至26.12亿美元，此乃由于集团猪肉业务的利润水平显著上升。
同日，万洲国际发布附属史密斯菲尔德截至2025年12月28日止年度业绩，销售收入155.31亿美元；史密斯菲尔德应占收入净额9.87亿美元。
