Stocks to Watch: KB Home, Stratus Properties, Comstock, DigitalOcean

KB Home cut its full-year guidance due to challenging housing market conditions and concerns about fighting in the Middle East. The stock fell 4.2% to $50.71 in after-hours trading Tuesday.

Stratus Properties said it would dissolve, sell all its assets and distribute the proceeds to shareholders. Shares advanced 3.6% to $30.12 after the bell.

Comstock appointed three new board directors after conversations with major shareholders. The stock rose 4.7% to $2.91.

DigitalOcean said it would aim to raise up to $700 million through a public offering of shares. The stock fell 8% to $78.
