公司历年来达成多个国内外授权交易，营业收入保持稳健。2025年度营业收入超过1.3亿元人民币、同比增幅近25%。此外公司现金流储备充足，截至2025年底现金及银行结余超过20亿元人民币。本公司于2025年在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市。自2022年以来，在所有根据上市规则第18A章上市的生物科技公司中，本公司成功创下了首次公开发售募集总额的最高纪录(行使超额配售权后为2.68亿美元)，并获得了最大的基石投资认购额(1亿美元)。同时本公司是唯一一家在上市时拥有已商业化的1类创新药并产生对外授权收入的上市规则第18A章上市公司。上市后六个月内，本公司获纳入沪港通及深港通计划，并成为恒生指数系列的成份股，其中包括恒生综合指数。
