Integral Diagnostics (ASX:IDX) confirmed that Jason Martinez will officially start as chief executive on August 6, following an extended garden leave from his previous employer, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Ian Kadish will remain CEO until Martinez assumes the role, ensuring a smooth leadership transition, the filing added.
