百度旗下无人驾驶头部出行服务平台“萝卜快跑”近日在一起网络侵权责任纠纷案中胜诉。法院认定，案涉公司发布的不实言论，降低萝卜快跑的社会评价，损害萝卜快跑的商誉，构成对萝卜快跑的诽谤。案涉公司侵犯萝卜快跑的名誉权，法院依法判决其公开赔礼道歉并赔偿经济损失。

　　此次诉讼并非孤例。据萝卜快跑方面透露，截至2026年3月，其已对多个MCN机构及自媒体账号提起诉讼，集中打击一批涉嫌恶意造谣、抹黑企业的网络账号。

　　针对此类频发的企业商誉侵权现象，长期关注互联网法治领域的专家指出，随着“流量经济”竞争加剧，部分自媒体或机构为博取眼球，不惜炮制虚假信息，对创新型企业进行恶意诋毁。这不仅侵害了企业合法权益，也严重污染了网络舆论环境。专家认为，此次判决是一次典型的司法实践，警示网络内容生产者必须严守法律底线。

　　萝卜快跑在声明中强调，网络并非法外之地，企业将坚决配合中央网信办“清朗”行动，以法律武器打击各类侵权行为，维护清朗的网络空间。此举也反映出头部科技企业在品牌声誉管理上的态度转变，即从被动应对转向主动依法维权。
