智通财经APP讯，中国蜀塔(08623)发布公告，集团预计截至2025年12月31日止年度(FY2025)将取得净亏损约人民币1.235亿元(FY2024：净亏损约人民币6820万元)。相比FY2024，FY2025净亏损大幅增加主要归因于以下因素的综合影响：1.贸易及其他应收款项的减值损失增加约人民币3360万元(由FY2024约人民币4390万增加至FY2025约人民币7750万);2.物业、厂房及设备的减值损失增加约人民币1540万元(由FY2024约人民币200万增加至FY2025约人民币1740万)。
