“2026博鳌新浪财经之夜”活动于3月25日在博鳌举办，主题为“智竞未来：AI时代的产业革命与全球新规则”。远大联合创始人、执行董事周卓君出席并演讲。
周卓君谈到，远大是一个科技型企业，在产品选择或企业的发展方向上，非常注重本身产品的质量，围绕的一直是节能与降碳。
面对越来越理性的用户，企业应该讨好用户，还是引导用户？周卓君表示，作为企业，远大一直更希望能够带给客户更好的产品、更美好的生活。“当然肯定会有很多客户有不同的层次，不会选择我们，不同的层次会做不同的选择。”
她还提到，国内的房地产市场非常饱和，现在应该说中国人不缺房子，所以公司开发的很多产品都面向国际社会，特别是发达国家。“发达国家现在房屋急缺，因为他们的劳动力成本高，导致建筑成本高。”
