　　中升控股（00881）早盘一度涨近10%，截至发稿，股价上涨5.93%，现报8.40港元，成交额6334.90万港元。

　　中升控股年度财报显示，全年新车销量49.73万辆，同比增长2.5%；其中豪华品牌销量31.14万辆，同比增长6.2%，销量占比提升至62.6%。新能源品牌问界销量占比达到8.2%，效对冲传统燃油车销量下滑。

　　据年报披露，公司将加速拥抱新能源行业发展机遇，并拓展与吉利系的战略合作，目标于2026年末实现新能源门店数量倍数增长。
