据天眼查显示，近日，重庆蓝电汽车科技有限公司发生工商变更，重庆青凤科技发展有限公司、重庆园投仓储服务有限公司退出股东行列，同时赛力斯持股比例由35%上升至100%。股权穿透显示，重庆青凤科技发展有限公司、重庆园投仓储服务有限公司皆由重庆沙坪坝区国资委实控。

　　此动向引发关注，因为就在一个月前，赛力斯曾公告表示，与重庆市沙坪坝区人民政府（以下简称“沙坪坝区政府”）签署《合作协议》，计划将蓝电汽车相关存量资产剥离出资设立标的公司（名称暂未确定，以下简称“标的公司”），沙坪坝区政府组建或引入有限合伙企业（或基金）与其他投资人及经营团队以现金对标的公司增资。

　　从官宣剥离蓝电汽车到全资控股，赛力斯的一系列动作被部分声音解读为“变卦”。对此，赛力斯方面回应南都·湾财社记者表示，公司与沙坪坝区政府2月8日签署合作协议以来，双方按照既定目标正常推进中，更多信息请关注后续公司公告。
