智通财经APP讯，找钢集团-W(06676)发布公告，随着于2026年1月16日举行的股东特别大会上通过特别决议案后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长已发出更改名称注册证书，证明本公司的中文名称已由“找钢产业互联集团”更改为“找钢网集团”，且新中文名称已自2026年1月16日起记入开曼群岛公司注册处处长存置的公司登记册。
香港公司注册处处长于2026年3月19日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认本公司的新中文名称找钢网集团(找钢网集团)已根据香港法例第622章《公司条例》第16部在香港注册。
股份将以新中文股份简称“找钢网-W”在联交所买卖，而现有的中文股份简称“找钢集团-W”自2026年4月1日上午九时正起不再使用。本公司现有英文股份简称“ZG GROUP-W”及股份代号“6676”将维持不变。
权证将以新中文股份简称“找钢网三零”在联交所买卖，而现有的中文股份简称“找钢集团三零”将自2026年4月1日上午九时正起不再使用。本公司权证的现有英文股份简称“ZG GROUP W30”及股份代号“2572”将维持不变。
