智通财经APP讯，炙龙控股(08493)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度取得亏损净额约2600万港元至2800万港元，而2024年度取得亏损净额约2700万港元。
董事会认为，2025财年预期亏损净额主要是由于以下因素：(i)收入由2024财年的约5440万港元大幅减少至2025财年的约1310万港元，主要归因于于2024年关闭两间餐厅，加上集团当时唯一剩余的餐厅于2025年十月暂停营运。该减少的影响部分因酒家人员成本及其他营运开支较去年同期有所减少而抵销;(ii)2025财年确认金融资产减值亏损约740万港元，相较之下，2024财年则有金融资产减值亏损拨回约40万港元，主要由于该等金融资产于2025财年的公平值下降。
尽管如此，集团仍持续采取积极措施，重新规划及发展其业务营运，彰显其重振及强化餐饮业务的决心。于2026年一月，集团以“旺角(龙皇)海鲜菜馆”为品牌的中式酒家正式开业，供应新鲜海鲜、汤品及招牌炒菜等粤菜，适合各种用餐场合，包括团体聚餐、企业宴客及小型聚会的休闲用餐。
