智通财经APP讯，中国奥园(03883)发布公告，兹提述香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)于2026年1月13日刊发的纪律行动声明(该声明)，内容有关联交所对本公司前董事及现任董事采取的纪律行动。
诚如该声明所述，联交所已指令(其中包括)郭梓文先生(郭先生)、张国强先生(张先生)及李镜波先生(李先生)须于该声明刊发日期起计90日内完成17小时有关监管及法律议题以及《上市规则》合规事宜的培训，当中包括2小时有关《上市规则》第2.13条的内容以及以下内容各3小时：(i)董事职责;及(ii)《企业管治守则》(董事培训)。
本公司其他前董事(即张俊先生、马军先生(马先生)、陈嘉扬先生(陈先生)及胡江先生(胡先生))亦已被指令须接受17小时的董事培训，作为日后获委任为任何已上市或拟在联交所上市公司董事的先决条件。
本公司谨此确认郭先生、张先生、李先生、张俊先生、马先生、陈先生及胡先生各自已于指定期间内完成由联交所批准的培训机构(培训机构)所提供的17小时董事培训，及本公司已向联交所提供由培训机构出具的全面合规书面证明。
