IRB Infrastructure Developers (NSE:IRB, BOM:532947) has executed a project implementation agreement with IRB Chandibhadra Tollway to act as project manager for the Toll-Operate-Transfer or TOT-18 project, according to a Tuesday filing on Indian bourses.
Shares of the company rose over 2% in Wednesday's trade.
IRB Chandibhadra Tollway is a wholly owned SPV of the IRB Infrastructure Trust, an associate of the company, the filing said.
