据中国科学院高能物理研究所消息，大科学装置中国散裂中子源近日首次实现医用级阿尔法同位素居里级量产，将加速我国自主化阿尔法核药从实验室走向临床应用。
阿尔法同位素凭借“高能短程”的独特优势，能精准杀伤癌细胞且对周围健康组织损伤极小，是肿瘤治疗的利器，特别是对中晚期肿瘤靶向治疗具有重要临床价值。
然而长期以来，锕-225、镭-223等核心治疗用阿尔法同位素完全依赖进口，且货源稀缺，其批量化生产因涉及多重技术壁垒，成为全球公认的行业难题，也制约了我国阿尔法核药产业的发展。
据了解，镭-223已获批用于骨转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌的临床治疗，而锕-225、铅-212（铋-212）在中晚期前列腺癌、神经内分泌瘤等的靶向治疗研究也展示了显著疗效，我国自主化同位素的量产将为相关临床研究与应用提供稳定支撑。
