3月25日，双登股份（06960）发布截至2025年12月31日止年度之年度业绩公告。公司实现营业收入约50.83亿元，同比增加13%；毛利为7.09亿元，同比下降5.6%；年内溢利为2.56亿元，同比下降27.7%。

　　报告指出，公司的业务结构正在持续优化，尤其是在智算中心储能业务方面表现突出。该业务的收入同比增长598.3%，成为公司第一大收入来源。此外，报告期内公司净利下滑主要由于政府优惠政策的调整。

　　报告期内，公司经营活动现金流净额为10.43亿元，同比增长299.04%；筹资活动现金流净额9823.8万元，同比增加3.02亿元；投资活动现金流净额-2.45亿元，上年同期为-1.54亿元。

　　负债重大变化方面，截至2025年末，公司其他应付款（含利息和股利）较上期末减少14.16%，占公司总资产比重下降3.59个百分点；应付票据及应付账款较上期末增加45.15%，占公司总资产比重上升2.57个百分点；短期借款较上期末增加8.44%，占公司总资产比重下降1.97个百分点；长期借款较上期末减少16.74%，占公司总资产比重下降1.72个百分点。

　　资料显示，双登集团股份有限公司成立于2011年，2025年8月在港交所上市。公司主要产品为磷酸铁锂电池，其产品线包括软包电池及方形铝壳电池，铅酸电池包括吸水玻璃垫电池、胶体电池及铅碳电池。

　　截至3月25日收盘，双登股份报13.42港元/股。
