路透北京3月27日 - 中国国有大行--交通银行601328.SS3328.HK周五公布，去年实现净利956.2亿元人民币，同比增长2.2%；净息差为1.2%，同比下降7个基点（BP），主要是资产端收益率下降较多。
刊登在港交所网站的业绩报告并显示，交通银行拟以每10股派发现金股利1.684元（含税）派发年度股息，合共约人民币148.80亿元。
交通银行A股周五收高0.3%，今年迄今累计下跌4.8%；H股收涨0.3%，今年迄今累计上涨7.8%。
报告显示，交通银行：
2025年营业收入2,656亿元，同比增2.1%
2025年利息净收入1,730.8亿元，同比增长1.9%
截至去年末，不良贷款率1.28%，较上年末下降0.03个百分点；拨备覆盖率208.38%，较上年末上升6.44个百分点。
截至去年末，核心一级资本充足率为11.43%，一级资本充足率为12.7%，资本充足率为15.96%。
