俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫 （Sergei Lavrov） 表示，美国一直试图掌控位于波罗的海的“北溪”天然气管道。该管道2022年9月因神秘爆炸而受损。

　　三年前破坏这些管道的爆炸事件基本上切断了俄罗斯向欧洲输送天然气，尽管此前俄罗斯就已广泛停止供气，但这事件进一步挤压了欧陆的能源供应。

　　俄罗斯和西方国家均表示，该事件是一起蓄意破坏。调查人员花了几年时间试图拼凑幕后黑手的谜团，去年一名乌克兰男子因涉嫌协调相关攻击活动而在意大利被捕。

　　拉夫罗夫周四表示，美国一直致力于主导全球能源市场，并举委内瑞拉为例（华盛顿实际上已掌控了这个全球最大的石油储备），同时并点名伊朗。

　　根据俄罗斯外交部公布的访谈文字稿，拉夫罗夫表示，“美国现在还声称想要接管‘北溪’管道。”

　　他未就此提供进一步细节。
