智通财经APP讯，共生智筑(00627)发布公告，集团截至2025年12月31日止年度预计取得净亏损约人民币1.68亿元至1.80亿元，而2024年度取得的净亏损约为人民币10.376亿元。
预期取得净亏损乃主要由于(i)集团于报告年度的预期亏损总额为不少于约人民币6490万元，而于上一财年的亏损总额则约为人民币2.01亿元;(ii)集团于报告年度的诉讼及税务附加费预期拨备为不少于约人民币6570万元，而上一财年的诉讼及税务附加费拨备则约为人民币1.417亿元;(iii)集团于报告年度的预期融资成本为不少于约人民币1890万元，而上一财年的的融资成本则约为人民币2.135亿元;(iv)集团于报告年度的预期行政开支为不少于约人民币1790万元，而于上一财年的行政开支则约为人民币2850万元。
