3月26日，美团(03690)发布2025年第四季度及全年业绩。公告显示，美团全年实现收入3649亿元（人民币，下同），同比增长8%。受即时零售行业“内卷式”竞争影响，美团业绩由盈转亏，全年净亏损234亿元，经营亏损170亿元。其中，核心本地商业板块经营亏损69亿元。2025年，美团继续围绕“零售+科技”战略，聚焦创新提质与生态健康，在行业波动中夯实竞争优势。外卖领域，美团以远低于竞争对手的亏损，稳定保持60%以上的GTV市场份额。科技领域，美团研发投入再创新高，同比增长23%至260亿元，持续推动AI技术在物理世界的应用落地。此外，美团食杂零售和国际化业务均取得突破性进展。
