智通财经APP讯，三宝科技(01708)发布公告，预期本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得归属于母公司股东的净亏损介乎约人民币6000万元至人民币8000万元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则录得归属于母公司股东的净亏损约人民币4.2亿元，业绩亏损显著收窄。
本集团本年度预计仍将亏损的主要原因是受宏观环境及行业竞争加剧、原材料采购成本持续走高等影响，导致毛利率下降，利润空间进一步收缩。本年度亏损较上年收窄的主要原因一方面是资产减值及拨备较上年显著减少，而2024年度就诉讼案件计提约1.57亿元拔备;另外，受会计估计变更影响，预计将减少归属于母公司净亏损约人民币1.46亿元。
