华润燃气(01193)发布年度业绩，股东应占溢利35.47亿港元 同比减少13.23%

智通财经APP讯，华润燃气(01193)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得营业额977.33亿港元，同比减少4.81%;本公司拥有人应占溢利35.47亿港元，同比减少13.23%;每股基本盈利1.55港元;拟派末期股息每股0.95港元。

公告称，年内，集团秉持追求卓越的进取精神，围绕“学标杆提服务新质发展”的年度管理主题，主动对标行业领先实践，积极推动业务与管理创新，持续优化运营效率，进一步巩固了在发达经济区域城市燃气市场的核心竞争优势。凭借扎实的运营管理与市场开拓能力，集团实现总天然气销量401.8亿立方米，同比增长0.7%。

2025年，进一步深化与国网在基础设施等方面的合作，不断加强与三大油总对总谈判，全年统筹气量61亿方，同比增长52.5%，签署首份国际LNG长协;增加国家管网开口8个，控股企业储气能力提升至5%;气合网新注册413家供应商，累计注册1,356家，累计成交36亿方，行业影响力进一步扩大。

年内，集团共销售401.8亿立方米天然气，增长0.7%。其中工业销气量204.8亿立方米，增长0.3%，占集团销气量的51.0%;商业销气量83.1亿立方米，下降2.4%，占集团销气量的20.7%;而居民销气量105.3亿立方米，增长4.9%，占集团销气量的26.2%。
