智通财经APP讯，1957 & CO.(08495)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收益4.35亿港元，同比减少7.48%;本公司拥有人应占亏损100.8万港元，同比收窄13.48%;每股亏损0.26港仙。
公告称，产生自经营上海式餐厅的收益由截至2024年12月31日止年度约2.21亿港元减少约650万港元或约2.9%至截至2025年12月31日止年度约2.14亿港元。收益减少主要由于2025年4月关闭十里洋场餐厅导致销售大幅下降所致。尽管2024年于将军澳康城及深水埗V Walk新开设的两间御•家上海餐厅于2025年全年贡献收益，而仅于2024年的部分期间贡献收益，递增销售收益仍被餐厅关闭的负面影响抵销，导致销售收益整体下降。
