智通财经APP讯，米兰站(01150)发布公告，相对于截至2024年12月31日止年度所录得约2630万港元的亏损，本集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度录得本公司拥有人应占溢利约100万港元至400万港元。董事会预期本集团业绩改善主要归因于按公允值计入损益的金融资产的收益净额约1570万港元(2024年12月31日：收益净额约780万港元)。
