ChainCatcher 消息，CoinDesk 专栏作者 Jordan Knecht 表示，部分传统金融机构认为质押存在罚没、宕机、运营故障及回报难以预测等风险，因此仅持有现货 ETH 或回避相关资产。
Jordan Knecht 提到，新一代由保险支持的质押产品正以 Composite Ether Staking Rate（CESR）为基准，并由受监管保险机构承保，使质押 ETH 更接近机构收益产品而非加密实验。其披露，CESR 为 CoinDesk Indices 与 CoinFund 开发的每日标准化基准利率，用于衡量 ETH 验证者质押的平均年化收益；Chainproof 与 IMA Financial Group 合作提供保单，在验证者回报低于 CESR 时补足收益，并在发生罚没时提供赔付，相关安排也被用于支持以质押 ETH 为基础的抵押、再平衡与结构化策略设计。
