Shui On Land (HKG:0272) posted a loss attributable to shareholders of HK$1.95 billion for 2025, compared with a profit of HK$197 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Loss per share came in at HK$0.243, compared with earnings per share of HK$0.024 a year earlier.
Revenue fell to HK$4.47 billion from HK$8.96 billion in 2024.
The board did not recommend a dividend for the year.
