智通财经APP讯，悦达国际控股(00629)发布公告，于2026年3月26日，公司间接全资附属公司悦达商业保理与怡乐商贸订立反向保理协议。根据怡乐商贸反向保理协议，悦达商业保理同意向怡乐商贸提供应收账款融资、应收账款管理服务及应收账款收款服务并授予反向循环信贷限额人民币5000万元，年利率及保理管理费之和为7%至8%，自2026年3月26日起生效及于2027年3月26日到期,及悦达商业保理与怡乐商贸同意提前终止怡乐商贸2025反向保理协议自2026年3月26日起生效,因为该协议项下的信贷限额已被完全使用并全额偿还。
