智通财经APP讯，中海物业(02669)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收益149.6亿元(人民币，单位下同)，同比增加6%;公司普通股权持有人应占溢利13.67亿元，同比减少9.74%;每股基本盈利41.62仙;拟派发末期股息每股10港仙。
截至2025年12月31日止年度，本集团新增管理建筑面积(在管面积)为9090万平方米，其中，85.1%来自独立第三方。新签合约总额约为52.37亿元。新增订单之中，非住宅项目面积占比较多，达68.4%(当中，城市运营类占49.5%)，其余31.6%为住宅项目。而新签订的合约额分别约达31.3亿元及21.07亿元。
同时，本集团持续优化业务结构及进行亏损项目治理，约满/退盘项目为5560万平方米。因此，于2025年12月31日，本集团的在管面积较去年年底增加3530万平方米至4.78亿平方米。其中，在管面积中来自独立第三方及非住宅项目的占比分别为42.7%及31.4%(当中，城市运营类占20.7%(于2024年12月31日：19.1%))(于2024年12月31日：分别为40.8%及30.3%)。
