智通财经APP讯，叙福楼集团(01978)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入10.81亿港元，同比增加2.4%;公司股东应占溢利169.8万港元，去年同期则取得亏损3206.2万港元;每股盈利0.21港仙。
公告称，尽管香港食品及饮料市场持续进行结构转型及竞争激烈，本集团的收入仍取得轻微增长。这主要是由于公司的门店组合优化。
扭亏为盈主要由于截至2025年12月31日止年度的收入较截至2024年12月31日止年度的收入增加，主要原因是本集团积极转型及积极的重组措施，导致收入增加;经营成本下降，乃由于截至2025年12月31日止年度内有效的成本控制和运营效率;及与截至2024年12月31日止年度相比，截至2025年12月31日止年度与若干表现不佳店铺有关的物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产减值拨备有所减少。
