日前，因公司涉嫌信息披露误导性陈述等违法违规行为，中国证监会江苏证监局拟对双良节能系统股份有限公司作出行政处罚。

处以400万元罚款；
对董事会秘书给予警告，并处以250万元罚款；
对控股股东双良集团有限公司处以400万元罚款；
对双良集团品牌与公共关系部总经理处以250万元罚款。
此前，2026年2月12日13时02分及13时25分，“双良集团”与“双良节能”微信公众号先后发布题为《双良节能再获海外订单，助力商业航天太空探索》的文章。上述文章称，近日公司先后获得3个海外订单，共计12台高效换热器设备，将用于SpaceX星舰发射基地扩建配套的燃料生产系统。文章还提及，这是继前期合作后，该产品再度应用于SpaceX星舰发射基地，充分印证了海外客户对双良节能产品可靠性的高度信任。彼时“商业航天”属于市场较为关注的热点概念，该消息迅速引爆股价。2月12日13时05分，双良节能股价开始快速上升，至13时26分封死涨停板。次日，双良节能股价开盘即跌停。
