智通财经APP讯，交个朋友控股(01450)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入人民币15.48亿元(单位下同)，同比增长23.79%;调整后利润净额11.61亿元;公司拥有人应占利润9022.5万元，同比增长10.42%;每股基本盈利6.58分。拟派末期股息每股普通股0.05港元。
2025年，中国直播电商行业全面迈入精细化运营阶段，整体增速放缓至温和区间。对于直播电商机构而言，一方面流量获取成本持续攀升，对精细化运营能力提出更高要求;另一方面，消费者需求与观念正经历深刻变化，对直播内容质量、商品性价比及售后服务寄予更高期待。与此同时，我们深刻认识到，直播电商业态已深度融入中国消费市场，不仅是线上零售不可或缺的重要组成部分，更日益成为连接生产与消费、城市与乡村的“新型基础设施”。
报告期间内，本集团录得收入增长主要得益于矩阵化直播间的稳定增长。同期，净利润约为人民币0.88亿元，同比上涨21.4%，这是本集团精细化运营能力的有力体现。经调整后净利润约为人民币1.16亿元，同比下滑4.8%，主要系本集团调整年度股权激励与现金激励方案所致。
