报告期内，本集团高度重视研发，全年研发投入约 10.7 亿元，占收入的比例为 26.88%;本集团研发人员为 993 人。本集团正在同步推进包括但不限于新一代 FPGA 平台开发及产业化项目、智能化可重构 SoC 平台开发及产业化项目、新工艺平台存储器开发及产业化项目、新型高端安全控制器开发及产业化项目和无源物联网基础芯片开发及产业化项目，目前推进中。
