金吾财讯 | 中升控股(00881)公告公布，截至2025年12月31日止年度，母公司拥有人应占亏损16.73亿元(人民币，下同)，上年同期为盈利32.12亿元，同比盈转亏，每股基本亏损0.71元。不派末期股息。期内，集团收入总额1644.03亿元，同比减少2.2%，其中汽车销售收入1383.02亿元，同比减少1.7%；精品及售后服务收入261.02亿元，同比减少4.7%。期内，集团新车销售收入1258.78亿元，同比增长0.4%；二手车销售收入124.24亿元，同比减少19.4%，主要源于二手车平均销售价格下降；售后服务收入229.11亿元，同比增长4.1%，主要由于售后服务入厂台次结构优化，使得平均单台产值上涨；精品等收入31.91亿元，同比减少40.7%，主要由于消费力疲弱，随新车销售而交叉销售的精品及维保套餐成交量均下滑。
