Datacentrex commenced a public offering of shares. The stock slid 26%, to $2.30, in after-hours trading Thursday.

Unity Software posted a higher-than-expected sales outlook and said it plans to exit and divest from certain businesses. Shares rose 13%, to $19.40, after the bell.

Veritone swung to a loss in the fourth quarter. The stock declined 7.3%, to $2.42.

Zenas BioPharma commenced a public offering to fund the launch of one of its drug products in the U.S. Shares fell 10%, to $20.
