一名与戴尔科技有关联的董事在近期的交易中出售了数十万股公司股票，这是本周披露的一系列内部人士股票减持的一部分。

　　文件显示，银湖资本（Silver Lake） 旗下的一只基金实体V （GP） L.L.C． Slta于3月23日以每股162.25美元的平均价格处置了459，999股，套现约7460万美元。该实体在3月早些时候还进行了数次其他减持，这些交易中出售的股票总价值约合3.36亿美元。

　　在戴尔公司，V （GP） L.L.C． Slta被归类为 “董事”和“持股10%以上的股东”。

　　此次减持活动距离戴尔公布季度财报仅过去数周，该公司财报业绩超出分析师预期。这家科技公司公布每股收益3.89美元，营收333.8亿美元，而市场预期为每股收益3.53美元、营收316亿美元。销售额同比增长近40%。

　　戴尔还将季度股息从每股0.53美元提高至0.63美元，计划于5月1日向4月21日登记在册的股东派发。

　　戴尔股价在近期交易中攀升至176美元左右，正逼近近178美元的52周高点。
