智通财经APP讯，朗诗绿色生活(01965)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收益7.79亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少1.28%;公司权益拥有人应占溢利2301万元，去年同期亏损3.18亿元;每股基本盈利0.060元。
公告称，集团的收益同比减少1.28%乃由于集团进一步提升物业经营市场化水平，降低对房地产业务的依赖，非业主增值服务收入持续降低且占比减少;集团果断从长年亏损及与集团服务质量不相符的项目中退场，与此同时，凭借优质的服务口碑，2025年成功拓展了多个优质项目，带动在管建筑面积稳步提升，得益于此，物业管理服务板块的收入实现高质量增长;保租房及个人房源大规模入市，公寓租赁市场竞争激烈，公寓经营及管理服务收入相应降低。
