Netdragon Websoft (HKG:0777) recorded a 51% decline in attributable profit in 2025 to 151 million yuan from 311 million yuan a year prior, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the gaming app firm were up 5% in Friday afternoon trading.
Earnings per share stood at 0.2858 yuan in the period, down from 0.586 yuan in the previous fiscal year.
Revenue slipped 26% to 4.48 billion yuan from 6.05 billion yuan previously.
The lower profit came about amid an impairment loss on cryptocurrencies and one-off expenses related to the staff optimization plan.
The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.50 per ordinary share, payable on or before July 31 to shareholders of record on June 8, subject to shareholder approval.
