智通财经APP讯，浩柏国际(08431)发布公告，于2026年3月25日，公司拟配售最多909.86万股配售股份，相当于本公告日期现有已发行股份总数约4.00%;及假设公司已发行股本于本公告日期至完成日期期间并无变动，经悉数配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行股份总数约3.85%。配售价为每股配售股份0.38港元，较3月25日收市价每股0.40港元折让约5.0%。
待完成后，假设所有配售股份获配售代理成功配售，则配售事项的最高所得款项总额估计约为346万港元，而配售事项的最高所得款项净额估计约为330万港元。配售事项的最高所得款项净额当中(i)约50万港元用于董事酬金;(ii)约80万港元用于咨询及其他专业开支;(iii)约20万港元用于审计费用;(iv)余下约180万港元用于集团的其他一般营运资金。
