3月25日，中国燃气产业投资控股有限公司（01940）发布正面盈利预告，预计截至 2025 年 12 月 31 日止年度纯利不少于人民币 1.5 亿元，较 2024 年度纯利约1.3047 亿元实现稳步增长。
增长主要得益于管道工业气体需求上升，带动公司主营业务产量及收入提升。目前公司仍处于强制性无条件现金要约期间，正式年度业绩预计将于2026 年 3 月 30 日刊发。
