智通财经APP讯，太和控股(00718)发布公告，公司、Stone Wealth及戴永革先生于2025年3月25日订立和解协议。根据和解协议，Stone Wealth及戴先生已承诺，作为广州融智作出付款的代价及为补偿广州融智，彼等将于和解协议日期起计12个月内与广州融智的债务人联系并采取必要行动，以使广州融智的外债减少至少约人民币2.806亿元，即付款;及当时已提取并转拨至中国法院存置的账户内的公司附属公司的境内银行存款金额的总和。
鉴于Stone Wealth及戴先生与上述广州融智债务人的持续沟通，以及广州融智减少外债的最新进展，于2026年3月25日，和解协议各方订立一份补充协议，以(其中包括)将Stone Wealth及戴先生履行其于和解协议项下义务的期限延长一年，即延长至2027年3月25日。除上述变动外，和解协议的所有其他条款均维持不变。
