智通财经APP讯，VALA(02051)公布2025年业绩，收益约2.43亿元，同比增长8.2%;年度净亏损约1.51亿元，同比增长118.9%;经调整净亏损9850.6万元，同比增长141.6%。
公告称，亏损增长主要由于：(i)截至 2025年12月31日止年度出售个别附属公司及于联营公司的投资产生的投资亏损约3630万元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度未产生任何相关亏损;(ii) valalife业务推广导致相关的营销和广告费用大幅增加，由截至2024年12月31日止年度的约2560万元增加约54.9%至截至2025年12月31日止年度的约3960万元;以及(iii)信贷撮合业务产生的收入同比减少约43.2%至3330万元，乃由于信贷撮合业务量下降，进而导致信贷撮合业务的整体净利润减少。
