智通财经APP讯，环球新材国际(06616)公布2025年业绩，收益约29.17亿元，同比增长76.9%;毛利约11.4亿元，同比增长30.5%;公司拥有人应占亏损约3.81亿元，同比盈转亏;每股亏损0.31元。
公告称，毛利额增加主要由于收益规模增加。整体毛利率为39.1%，较2024年毛利率53.0%下降13.9个百分点，一方面由于并购产生的会计影响(收购日存货的公允价值增值部分在销售时一次性计入成本，致使毛利额减少1.59亿元);另一方面则因德国业务营运生产基地位于德国、美国及日本等高成本国家，其毛利率低于集团在中国及韩国的成熟业务。2025年，集团中国业务营运及韩国业务营运平均毛利率稳中有升，较2024年提升0.2个百分点。
