本集团持续推进精益管理，实现降本增效。报告期内，本集团亏损子企业治理成效显著，亏损户数同比减少50%，减亏金额6900万元，同比降幅达58.73%。本集团进一步降低融资成本0.73个百分点至2.61%，利息支出同比下降3442万元，财务费用率同比下降0.6个百分点至1.7%，销售费用率同比下降0.3个百分点至3.5%，管理费用率同比下降0.3个百分点至 6.6%。实现归属于母公司股东的净利润0.38亿元，同比大幅增长4倍以上，经营效益实质性改善。
