据刊于联交所的公告，该公司拟于深圳证券交易所发行A股上市，并获得中国证监会北京监管局同意上市前辅导备案登记的通知。
该公司于2023年9月在香港发行H股上市，集资约11亿港元，招股价每股55.6港元。
