山东联通威海市分公司最新上线的“数字员工”——“政企折扣优惠自动续约”系统，将原本耗时费力易出错的续约操作优化为“一键发起、自动执行、秒级响应”的智能流程，业务处理由1～2天缩短至分钟级，有效为一线员工减负。
此前，一线客户经理每月需人工梳理数百户客户的套餐信息，逐一比对优惠组合叠加可行性，提交手工申请；营业人员则需在系统中反复操作，效率低下且易导致资费错配等风险。
如今，复杂的流程被“数字员工”彻底改变。依托政企线移网批量优惠流程系统，客户经理仅需输入客户号码与目标折扣，系统即自动启动全流程处理。“数字员工”实时调取客户套餐、合约及历史优惠等多维数据，基于预设规则库智能匹配最优策略，实现“智能推荐、一键确认”便捷操作。系统创新性地构建了智能风险防控体系，可精准识别重复发放、规则冲突、叠加超限等高风险场景，自动拦截并生成明确提示，从根本上杜绝人为疏漏与违规操作。
“数字员工”的应用真正实现了业务“快审快办、高效闭环”，推动了企业“数据赋能、智能运营”转型目标的实现。目前，系统月均处理政企客户优惠续约超过2000户，同时能够有效规避重复优惠导致的损失。
