智通财经APP讯，京玖康疗(00648)发布公告，由于以实物形式偿还债务产生公平值亏损约4.12亿港元，预期本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得重大亏损约4.05亿港元。该公平值亏损源自本公司于2025年11月11日为偿还贷款而发行的18亿股新股份，其发行价每股0.01港元与同日收市价每股0.239港元之间的差额所致。此公平值亏损属一次性及非现金性质，仅影响本集团的损益表及权益变动表，对本集团的资产负债表、现金流及资产净值并无影响。若撇除特殊项目，本集团于其日常业务过程中将录得溢利约1000万港元，而2024年的溢利(撇除特殊项目)则为690万港元。
