手回集团2025年同比扭亏 签约保险代理人超3万人

　　近日，手回集团（2621.HK）发布2025年全年业绩。

　　业绩报告显示，2025年，手回集团核心收入来源于保险产品分销服务费，通过小雨伞保险经纪、咔嚓保、牛保100三大平台，累计服务投保用户超416万名，签约代理人突破3万人。

　　2025年，手回集团总保费首次突破百亿元，达112 亿元，同比增长37%；首年保费超45亿元，同比增长49.9%。全年实现总收入为14.7亿元，同比增长5.9%；实现公司权益股东应占利润7.96亿元，而上年同期为亏损。

　　2025年，手回集团总资产24 亿元，同比增长31.1%；净资产增加至13亿元，现金、短期定期及低风险理财合计8.455 亿元。

　　手回集团方面进一步称，2025年聚焦分红类产品赛道深化布局，分红类产品首年保费达10亿元，同比增长341.5%，对应的收入同比提升超过200%。

　　另据披露，2025年，手回集团保险技术服务收入1442万元，同比增长 54.5%，智能风控体系识别高风险案例超110万例。

　　手回集团方面称，通过使用AI保单托管工具，系统运营成本降低90%，数据解析与记录效率提升20倍，AI多模态质检系统的客服服务信息质检覆盖率达到100%，质检效率提高60%；AI鹰眼核验系统全面覆盖了高风险投保场景，较传统人工核验节省了90%的人工成本。
